Effortless Points Feature

What & Why

Through user interviews, I discovered that many find marketing tasks frustrating and uninspiring due to a lack of instant results, which reduces their motivation. If it feels like a chore, users tend to lose interest and disengage.

How 💡

The Effortless Points feature rewards users for completed tasks, making the process more engaging and motivating.

Wireframes & Ideation

The low-fidelity sketches helped explore initial ideas and layout concepts quickly, focusing on structure and flow. A key design decision was to position the Effortless Points feature on the right side of the screen as a nice-to-have element. This placement ensured that it didn’t distract users from core actions, while still offering a motivating reward system.

In the high-fidelity wireframe, the selected design became more polished, with attention to visual details and user interaction. The layout was refined to ensure smooth navigation, allowing users to focus on key actions without distractions. Additionally, I decided to present recent articles so users can stay informed about the latest marketing news. This approach not only keeps them engaged with updates but also drives traffic to the Adcore Blog, boosting user interaction and reach.

Iteration is Key 🔑

Early sketches and wireframes allowed us to quickly test ideas, gather feedback, and improve the design. Constant iteration ensured that the final product evolved based on real user needs, making it more effective and user-friendly.

I learned how to offer powerful features without overwhelming new users. Through iteration, I streamlined the app to ensure that new users could easily understand and engage with key features without feeling overwhelmed.
